Return & Exchange

Thank you for shopping with Blushbite! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.


Exchange or Return for a Refund

  1. Products can be returned within 60 days from the date of receipt.

  2. You may exchange an item for another product or return it for a refund.

Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please submit your request via email to service@blushbite.com. Most returns are processed within 2 business days upon receiving your request.

Once we receive the returned package, we will process your refund promptly. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued.


Purchases Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items marked as "Clearance" are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or the wrong product was sent.
  • For defective or damaged "Clearance" items, please provide a photo showing the issue when submitting your return or exchange request.

Once customer service confirms your request, please send the product back with the product list and product ID. A tracking number for the return is required, and the return will be processed once we receive the package.


Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately for assistance.


Order Cancellation:

  1. Orders can be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
    To cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request to service@blushbite.com. We will process your cancellation and refund promptly.

  2. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.


Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank for any additional processing time.

If you still haven’t received your refund after following these steps, please reach out to us at service@blushbite.com.


Return & Exchange Shipping Costs:

  • If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For returns not related to product quality, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs, and a service charge of 10% of the order amount will apply.

If the return is due to customer error, the customer will bear the shipping costs, based on the courier selected.

If the product is incorrect or damaged due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Return Address:
If you're returning an item for a refund, please contact customer service at service@blushbite.com, and we will provide you with the return address.


Note:
Blushbite reserves the right to change the return policy without prior notice. In case of disputes, Blushbite's decision will be final.
